Hey Joker…

If you download it you can still use skype without a web cam. You can call people and text chat with people even though you don’t have a web cam. So it’s still worth downloading even if you don’t have or are not allowed to have a web cam.

Give us an example of how you’ve already used (or how you plan to use) Skype to help you learn something new. After all, that’s what new tools should really be all about, isn’t it?

If you can’t learn something with it, it’s useless!
